Tom Ed Simmons, CPA Managing Member

Tom Ed specializes in small business accounting, taxation, and consulting; servicing a wide range of clients from construction contractors to health care practitioners. He joined the firm in 1996 after working with a regional accounting firm. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting from Harding University in 1993.
Tom Ed is a member of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Accountants. In 2006, he was appointed by then Governor Mike Huckabee to serve a five-year term on the Arkansas Board of Public Accounting. He currently volunteers or serves on advisory boards with Lake Retreat Ministries and the Call.
Tom Ed is married to Amy Simmons. They have two children, Austin and Abby.

The founding member of Simmons & Associates, Tom has been involved in public accounting since 1985. Tom specializes in individual and small business taxation and consulting, with an emphasis on convenience stores and restaurants. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting from Henderson State University in 1968
Tom is a member of the Arkansas Society of Accountants. He is married to Joyce Simmons, and they have four grown children and twelve grandchildren.
Trey Tucker, CPA, Member

Trey joined the firm in 2011 after experience with both a regional accounting firm and a local firm. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting in 2006 from Harding University. His experience includes providing accounting and taxation services to both small businesses and individuals specializing in the hotel and lodging areas. He also provides QuickBooks consultation.
Trey is a member of the Arkansas Society of Certified Accountants, the Arkansas Society of Accountants, and the National Society of Accountants. He also currently serves as the treasurer of his church. Trey is married to Leslie Jo Tucker. They have two sons, Jack and Rhett.
Joyce Simmons

Employed with the firm since 1985, Joyce has significant experience in small business accounting and payroll tax issues. Starting January 2012, Joyce is slowing down to a part time work schedule in order to spend more time enjoying her twelve grandchildren.
Becky Holland

Becky received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting in 2001 from the University of Central Arkansas. After working as an accountant/analyst in various fields for 17 years, she joined Simmons & Associates in 2018. Becky serves as a small business accountant for the firm.
Becky is married to Shaun. They have five children – Abby, Shaun Jr., Aaron, Austin, and Shelby. Shaun Jr. and Lilee are parents to Becky’s first grandchild, Eden. Their family is continuing to grow!
Erin Green, CPA

Erin earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting in 2007 and her Masters of Business Administration in 2008 from Henderson State University. Prior to joining Simmons and Associates, she worked in the healthcare industry as a Senior Financial Analyst. Erin serves as a small business accountant for the firm.
Erin is married to Todd Green who is in the banking industry. They have one daughter, Georgia.
Hannah Gulledge

Hannah earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, she worked doing small business accounting and consulting. Hannah serves as an accountant for the firm.
Hannah and her husband Joel share one son, Drew. They enjoy all things sports and she loves to bake.
